Your questions, our answers.

What is shilajit?

Shilajit is a resin-like substance that forms over long periods as plant matter breaks down in mountain rock. It's been part of Ayurveda – India's traditional system of health and wellbeing – for centuries, and it contains fulvic acid and a range of trace minerals.

Can I take Shilajit Complex with the Shilajit Energy Drink?

We'd suggest choosing one or the other rather than taking both on the same day.

Is Shilajit safe to take daily?

Studies on purified shilajit have found it to be well tolerated by adults at typical supplement doses. Each can contains 500mg of shilajit extract and 81mg of caffeine, so stick to one can a day. It's not recommended for children or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take medication or have a health condition, check with a pharmacist or GP first.

What is ashwagandha?

Ashwagandha is a small shrub native to India and parts of Africa and the Middle East. Its root has been used in Ayurveda for centuries.
