Your questions, our answers.

What is Kefir Water?

Kefir water is a sparkling fermented drink made with live cultures, traditionally enjoyed as part of a varied diet. Ours is made with kefir water culture and added live cultures, in a low sugar, low calorie can.

What is chicory root inulin?

Inulin is a type of plant fibre found naturally in chicory root, and it's what makes Fibre Iced Tea high in fibre, with 5g in every can.

When should I drink Fibre Iced Tea?

Whenever suits you – with lunch, on a warm afternoon, or as a lighter alternative with a fibre boost to a sugary soft drink. It's best served chilled, straight from the fridge.

What type of collagen is in OQO collagen products?

Hydrolysed marine collagen, which comes from fish. "Hydrolysed" means it's been broken down into smaller pieces, called peptides, so it dissolves easily into drinks.
