Each sachet has vitamins D and B12, zinc, iron and folic acid, along with amino acids, ginger and chamomile extracts, and Lactospore® live cultures. It's lemon lime flavoured and sweetened with steviol glycosides.

They're Lactospore®, a culture called Bacillus coagulans.

They're different formulas, not the same product in two formats. The powder has vitamins D and B12, iron, folic acid, amino acids, ginger and chamomile. The capsules have chromium, vitamin B1, Indian barberry, cinnamon, green tea and capsicum. Both contain zinc and Lactospore® cultures.
