Your questions, our answers.

Is it OK to take collagen every day?

Yes – one sachet a day is the recommended amount, so it's easy to build into your routine.

What type of collagen is in this?

It's marine collagen, made from fish, and it's hydrolysed. That just means it's been broken down into smaller peptides, which is why it mixes smoothly into whatever you’re drinking.

Is collagen better as a powder or in capsules?

It mostly comes down to amount. Capsules only hold a small quantity each, so you'd need several to match what's in one sachet. A powder lets you take it all in one go – wherever you are.

Who shouldn't take OQO Collagen?

Anyone with a fish allergy should avoid them, as the collagen comes from fish. That also means they're not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Does vitamin C help with collagen?

Yes. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, working alongside our hydrolysed marine collagen.
